I’ll be buying Apple cards straight from Apple from now on. I only used Amazon because they were advertising a good promotion (15$ for every 100$). Apparently there was a code I had to have entered before checking out and they refused to honour the promotion. Really disappointing.

So PSA for everyone: if there’s a code, pay attention or you may get ripped-off!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and could not redeem it. I called Apple support and they said to take it up with Amazon I should have read the other reviews before I purchased this.. I was not refunded. I do not have an Apple account so I will never be able to use this. This product should be taken off what is wrong with you people selling this knowing that you cannot redeem it.

Straight-forward in purchase and delivery (via email). I saw some people posted how the code was invalid; I’m not questioning their honesty in belief, but for me I just made mistake in manually typing in the long code-digits (accidentally typed “2” instead of “Z”). Once I double-checked each letter/digit, the card redeemed fine. It’s not some bootleg thing. Not sure if others made same initial typo like me. Would be much easier with the camera option but this card was digital so I manually typed in the codes.
Also, they don’t tell us how many we can purchase at one time, so Amazon initially cancelled the purchase which i didn’t realize initially (I wasn’t charged), but they should just clearly post how many number of gift cards can be bought within 24 hours in case we are buying multiple at once. The amount max per card is clearly listed at least. Overall, the cards worked fine and I didn’t notice any real problems beyond some potential user-error in my typing
