I really enjoy this book. It focuses on the emotional body and how our feelings affect our physical vehicle. Each description of a condition covers a myriad assortment of emotional issues and reason how and why the issues affects our body. With every condition described, along with ensuing emotions, the authors also included a positive affirmation of acceptance of Self that counteract the negative emotion. It's a fascinating reference, that if honest with one's Self, will provide a clear window into how "thoughts are things".
