Customer Review

December 12, 2015
Personal rating: 4.5 stars

I loved this book! It is a collection of creepy fairy tales that end with a twist and are 100% what I love reading (or what I would have written myself). The art work is great, very colourful. It looks like a children's book, but once you start reading, you will see that it is really not (it is suitable for 14+). It has a very certain old German fairytales type of feel, like Grimm Brothers, or a bit like Edgar Po.

(The artist is from Canada and I love supporting local artists.)

I read the hardcover copy from the library, but got this paperback copy as a gift for a friend. It is the same size and looks as gorgeous. The cover is slightly embossed.
