You can return many items sold on Amazon.ca. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return.
Need to return an item shipped by Amazon.ca?
To return an item you ordered:
Select Return items to display your recent orders. To return a gift, see Return a Gift.
Select your item, your reason for returning it, and explain the reason for your return (optional).
Select to issue a refund or replacement, if applicable. For items sold from an Amazon seller, you will see "Submit return request". The Amazon seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. If you do not receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim. For items sold by Amazon.ca, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. For more information, see About Refunds.
If you select a shipping option that requires a return label, it will be e-mailed to the e-mail associated with your Amazon account and accessible from Manage returns. If necessary, you can also select to e-mail it to another e-mail address.
