Return Items You Ordered

You can return many items sold on When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return.

Need to return an item shipped by

To return an item you ordered:

  1. Go to the Online Returns Centre.

    Select Return items to display your recent orders. To return a gift, see Return a Gift.

  2. Choose items to return.

    Select your item, your reason for returning it, and explain the reason for your return (optional).

  3. Choose how to resolve your return.

    Select to issue a refund or replacement, if applicable. For items sold from an Amazon seller, you will see "Submit return request". The Amazon seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. If you do not receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim. For more information, see About A-to-z Guarantee Protection.

  4. Select how to send your item back.

    For items sold by, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. For more information, see About Refunds.

  5. Locate your return label (if applicable).

    If you select a shipping option that requires a return label, it will be e-mailed to the e-mail associated with your Amazon account and accessible from Manage returns. If necessary, you can also select to e-mail it to another e-mail address.

    Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
  6. Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.
