On-Road Incident Emergency Hotline
Safety is Amazon's top priority. While most deliveries make it to customers without issue, we are ready to support you in the event of an emergency involving Amazon Logistics delivery drivers. If you witness or experience a serious on-road incident involving a delivery driver, please
Find the order you want to track and click Track Package.
If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, we will leave the package in a secure location. If no secure location is available, or the delivery requires someone to be present, Amazon will leave a "We missed you" card. We'll make three delivery attempts on consecutive days. After the third unsuccessful attempt, your package will be returned to Amazon for a refund.
The tracking may sometimes show that a package has been delivered, but you haven't received it. See Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered for information on how to find a missing package. If you still can't locate your package, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you. To prevent untimely disturbances, our drivers will only knock on the door, ring the doorbell, or directly contact you for delivery between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time.
You can update your weekend delivery preference while placing an order. When adding a new address or editing an existing address, you can choose whether or not you want to receive deliveries on weekends under "Additional Address Details."
Amazon Customer Service handles all enquiries for deliveries shipped with Amazon.
You can contact us if you need to reschedule a delivery or with any other questions you may have.
