Almost, but still not as comfortable as I expected
March 22, 2019
Another mouse that misses the mark for me. Not nearly as comfortable as I was hoping for. While looking large, it's too short and leaves my end fingers to drag on the desktop which ends up causing strain.
Great sensor - Tracks on most things without delay
Ergonomics - While not perfect, the bulbous shape removes all cramping that comes from a narrow mouse
Noise - Logitech buttons sound like you're popping bubble wrap and their mice are noisy when dragging across the desk. The clicks on this mouse are much quieter and there is rubber footing all around the sensor making for less noise on the desk (that also keep dust from getting at it).
Configurable - Logitech have great software, but you can customize all the buttons (including the left and right scroll wheel click) on this mouse with a third party program called X-Mouse Button Control
Quality - Feels well built and has storage in the battery area for the USB dongle
Ergonomics - For me, the mouse needs to be longer, my fingers hang off the front or need to curled back too much, especially when using the scroll wheel. The angle doesn't work for me.
Weight - This is not a light mouse and the fact that it requires 2 AA batteries only adds to it. I think an ergo mouse should be lighter to alleviate stress on the wrist from prolonged movement.
Bluetooth - There is none, should be default in this day
Shiny black top - I hate shiny black, it's a scratch, finger print and dust magnet.
