When buying ram check timings not just frequency. This ram has really tight timings for DDR4. When you buy 3000mhz+ ram at a premium you're getting ripped off as often the timings are very loose and vendors take advantage of people who don't understand this.
14-16-16 @ 2400mhz is very good for around 100 bucks Canadian. You can maybe even tighten up the timings a bit more at 2133mhz and actually get a slightly better benchmark though I haven't bothered to try since it performs well as is.
For the money, this ram is excellent, I can't wait to make the jump from 16gb to 32gb :)
