July 2018 - an update - stopped counting steps and floors. All of a sudden. Out of nowhere. No damage was done to the item itself, just stopped working. Took this watch to Samsung experience store - luckily there is one in Toronto. First they made a fuss that the device might be 'not Canadian" in which case they will not be able to service it - that was news to me! Again - luckily - device was Canadian, so they had to take it in and change the motherboard in the watch. So far working ok, but again - its been just couple of days.
November 2017 - so far so good, its really waterproof, survived multiple showers and Mexico trip. The only thing is that i have to charge it every second day, but it is what it is. Oh, and whatever they advertise - 4 Gb for music - its actually only 2 GB as another 2 GB are taken with software and apps. Great and fast delivery, looks great on the wrist and lots of options available for the bands. So far - happy with the purchase.
