Buy it! Its a great card for the price. Just don't think you're getting high end performance. Realistically its a mid range card so your going to get mid range performance. I upgraded from a 1050ti and it was a pretty big increase for me. The amp edition is factory overclocked but i managed to squeeze a bit more with afterburner. Fan noise isn't that bad considering my case fans and 212 evo cpu fan are louder at stock. I was getting temps in the low 70s and once i bumped the fans up it was high 50s-low 60s. It was a perfect upgrade for me as i play mostly sim games. Farming simulator with mods on mod maps with settings on the highest settings and still get 60fps. Some drops but still in mid 50s. Gta 5 on high was at 60fps.
First PC I've ever built. Wanted something that could handle most games at 144fps but also not cost all the money in circulation on earth. Went for this card and paired it with an i5-9600k and it's been great. Super easy to install and I've never had a framedrop in anything.
