Horrible!
I bought this same Olfa mat years ago and it has lasted a very long time. Time to purchase a new one and wish I hadn't. 1st issue: The chemical smell was HORRIBLE when I opened the box. 2nd Issue: It came in a rounded fold so it would not lay flat. I stacked books on it for at least 3 days and it still bends upwards. 3rd issue: It it is NOT self-healing (photo proof). I even used a new blade and there are cut marks from each cut I made now showing on it and I've only had it a few days. At this rate I'll need a new one in a couple of months! Not worth it. Olfa must be using inferior materials now so I'm returning it and getting a different brand. So disappointed.
