Great replacement for old HDMI cable that went bad

I got this CL3 cable because the original one that I installed in the wall from my TV to the cabinet, started to fail. And how I figured it out was this.
My reciever (a pioneer VSX 1121-K) started to display HDCP ERROR and then the screen would go blank and no sound.

I originally thought it was my cable tv (BELL FIBE TV) box, because when i would disconnect it, and reset my receiver, it was ok. It was a slow HDMI cable death. If you google this error, you will find hits that say the HDMI cable needs to be replaced. And that was the right reason. My old cable connected directly to the cable tv box would keep displaying an error to the tv (to reboot the tv box and or upgrade the TV firmware). i tried connecting the PS4, apple TV, BD player and early on it would work, but now none work, even the receiver's on screen menu would not appear.

I thought it was the receiver.
But when I connected another HDMI cable. It worked.
I just received this cable today, hooked it up, as i had it before with this cable to the TV, and all other components plugged into the receiver and it's working great!

I'll keep the cable external for now, just to make sure that it's good.
I don't want to install it in the wall, close it all up and find out it went bad.

It's probably longer than i needed at 35ft. I'm thinking that 20 or 25ft would have been plenty, but i'm running these in the wall behind my cabinet and some slack is a good thing. The cable itself feels pretty substantial. This cable spec indicated the AWG. So I got one that was thicker. You'll pay more, but it'll be more durable and have more throughput. This one is also 4K rated.

It also came SUPER FAST! I ordered it Monday and it arrived Thur and ETA was next Tue!

For when 50 feet is too much and 25 isn't enough

What I Like:
-Long and thick cable with a durable feel
-Connectors are smooth and good quality
-Inexpensive price

What I Don't Like:
-Nothing so far

Conclusion: This cable is great for those 'mid length' jobs where 50 feet is just too much cabling but 25 feet isn't enough to reach. The cable is of equal quality to others I have purchased with a similar length - it is thick and durable feeling with solid connectors on both ends. We're using it to connect a laptop to the TV when we are sitting on the couch, so it sees frequent connects and disconnects and it has held up well over the last year. I'd recommend this product to anyone who needs a mid-length cable.

Very rugged thick cables that suggest quality build. More importantly, they work perfectly with both 1080p and 4K sources. Also, extremely well packed and neatly coiled with plastic terminal covers on. Now my desktop computer is connected to my 4K TV with the cord tucked away along the baseboard. You don't need to throw money away on more expensive cables. It's pure marketing hype.
