Ordered it last week and received it in 4 business days. Works as advertised. Plugged it in my Macbook Air Thunderbolt port and stuck the HDMI end into my TV. To get the sound, I just followed the instructions listed on the description by going to Systems->Sound and change the setting.

I've owned two of these so far. The first one I bought and it worked fine for several months, but stopped working before even making it to one year. I asked for a replacement and they were not able to give me a replacement (it was sold by the company and fulfilled by Amazon). However, I was able to get a refund. I needed a replacement asap so I got a buddy of mine to order one for me. Again, worked fine for several months then I started seeing signs of failure. I started seeing fuzzy colour patches on my monitor (I thought they were dead pixels at first, but I tested my monitor with another cable and found out that this second cable I bought was just having issues).

From my experience, these do not last even a year before failing in some way. Overall, product is alright. Ships relatively quickly, works fine for a while, and price is fair. Would probably buy a miniDP to HDMI cable from another brand next time though.
