4.0 out of 5 stars it works fine with i7 6950x Sept. 14 2016

For most part, it works fine with i7 6950x.

I haven't managed to make SupremeFX Hi-Fi Control Panel to work though. May be it's a driver issue (Windows 8.1 64 bit). May be not. I'll probably have a chat with support about it some day, whenever I have more time. If it's a driver issue, I hope ASUS fixes it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not for everyone, but I love it Oct. 8 2016

More than expected, loving it.

Pros: easy to tweak (bios, oc and rgb), good looking, enough space and slots for any configuration I can think of, hope enough extra features for future updates.

Cons: Sli bridges provided look cheap (not on the same lvl of the mbo), installing the h100i was weird because it had a strong membrane on the cooler mounting holes, might be better to reduce the cost by removing the hi-fi sound extra (for people that don't need it, I do like it), might be too expensive for some people compared with other boards and with the new limitation from Nvidia "3-4way sli will not longer be supported" (also there is a cheaper option x-99 strix gaming with similar features)

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice but very disappointing Sept. 25 2016

Ive been an Asus Fan for years but they just totally ruined years of good customer service and trust. The problem comes in when you are doing a build with an M.2 SSD. The motherboard comes equipped with a M.2 slot, however there appears to be 3 non-standard sized securing points, for which Asus does not supply the proper screw, Upon calling customer service all they would do is keep telling me to talk to Amazon and insisted Amazon was leaving the parts out. But amazon doesnt do the packaging and on a web search Ive found that this problem has been going on for quite a while....for $600 I expect the proper mounting hardware to be included. The response of the Service department was very very poor. The person I talked to seemed to be a recorded loop saying you need to talk to Amazon, you need to talk to amazon, occasionally interspersed with return the whole motherboard (which by now is already installed in the case) all to get a friggin scew that should have been there in the first place. The case manufacturer supplys the mounting screws for the MoBo, but in this case the screw size is unique and there was no one to give me the dimensions so that I could hunt one down.....very sad and dissapointed in Asus.
