Q1: How do you use hydraSense NetiRinse?
A1: Tear open 1 to 2 pre-measured salt packets, pour contents into the NetiRinse device and fill to the water line with 240 mL (8 oz) of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature.
For daily nasal care, use the contents of 1 pre-measured salt packet in 240 mL of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature, at least twice daily (morning and evening) for regular cleansing, or 4 to 6 times a day when cold symptoms are present.
For specialty nasal care (to relieve nasal and sinus congestion caused by allergies or sinus infections), use 2 pre-measured salt packets in 240 mL of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature to obtain a more concentrated solution; and repeat 2 to 3 times daily.
Precaution: Do not: use if nose or ears are completely plugged, use in the event of ear infections, or swallow the contents. You or your child may experience a temporary tingling sensation if mucous membranes are highly irritated. Consult a health care practitioner if: symptoms persist or worsen, you experience any discomfort, discontinue using this product, there is no improvement after you have tried to clear the nose, the discharge is persistently thick and yellow or green, or if you have other symptoms of illness such as fever or ear infection. Consult doctor if cold or allergy symptoms last longer than 5 days or if symptoms worsen.

Somehow the idea of actually *using* said neti pot was far too overwhelming. For whatever reason, this was not overwhelming to me and I started using it immediately and use it twice/day most days.
It is simple and gentle to use, and I do not mind it at all. I find that the salt packets included go a long way. Once packet lasts me about 1.5-2 days.
I have many environmental allergies, including a cat that I live with, who I am allergic to. This device saves me a lot of suffering. Much improvement in allergy symptoms. Highly recommended!
I will do it again tomorrow before going to work.
For best results, use slightly warm to medium warm water. Keep breathing through your mouth and squeeze the bottle. Do a half bottle in each nostril. Voila. Enjoy your breathing freedom.
This one needs just the barest of head tilts; having a squeeze bottle means that you don't have to rely on gravity to move the solution through one nostril to the other.
I recommend ignoring the technique shown where the bottle is held upside-down, and just use it in it's upright position. I found the NetiRinse starting sucking at my nostril after the water level moved below the line of the intake straw.
Comes with what looks like a two-year supply of salt packets (depending I suppose, on the condition of your sinuses, and how often you require a cleanse.)
It was weird to use at first, but after the first 3 or so times I learned to concentrate on slowly breathing through my mouth while doing this. Once you get the hang of it there is no issue using it. Highly recommended for people with stuffed noses.
Update (01/07/2016): Having not used this for a while, I forgot what a difference this can make before bed when your nose is plugged. The bottle is holding up well, and I'm just running out of salt packs now. Overall this is a great value considering it has the device itself and enough salt packs to last you a while.
The packages of salt that come with it are fine. They don't smell too fragrant and seem to be the right proportion. Don't forget to include one in the bottle. It'll burn like hell if you don't.
I really do love this box and the fact that it comes with pre-measure salt packets too! Easy peasy!
