This bundt pan holds 10 cups / 2.36 litres. You might have to double up on your recipes.

The very first thing I noticed about this bundt pan was the weight of the pan itself. It is on the heavier side so you'll get more even cooking and it is definitely a quality bundt pan. You get what you pay for.

I liked this particular bundt pan design because of the dramatic and deep swirling ridges on the design. If you have a plain cake then it doesn't look as impressive but once you add the glaze, it looks amazing!

I'd say my favourite recipe is the lemon bundt cake on the all recipes site. It's a simple moist cake that only uses 5 ingredients; 1 box lemon cake mix like betty crocker, 1 package (3.4 ounce) instant lemon pudding, 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 4 eggs and 1 cup sprite soda. You can

This pan was a bit of a splurge for me but what a quality piece it is!! It is heavy and solid. It bakes evenly, releases well and if you prepped it properly.. it cleans up easily. The cake pattern is GORGEOUS .. it needs nothing more than a light glaze or sprinkle of powdered sugar. I would not hesitate to buy this or other Nordic Ware pans again, and this one in particular would make a great gift for an avid baker!

I purchased the Heritage bundt pan based on the reviews and I couldn't be happier. I've made at least 6 cakes with it since I received it a couple of months ago. It releases the cake without issues and I've tried both melted butter and flour as well as the Pam baking spray with flour. Clean up is easy - if anything I put water with some dish detergent in the pan, let it soak for a couple of minutes while cleaning up the kitchen, no hard scrubbing required, just wiping it out with a dishcloth. The design is stunning and gets great reviews. Yes, it is a more expensive pan but you truly get what you pay for - this is my favorite pan ever and I definitely recommend it. I just wish I would have discovered Nordic Ware sooner!

I suppose I should have researched this first, but I did not know that anodized aluminum should not be put in the dishwasher - it turned bluish black and black in some spots and I can't remove the. I think the manual should state this loud and clear.

I bought this after seeing many recommendations for it being a cake or cheesecake pan for the 6 quart Instant Pot.

The pan is very well made. The quality of it is just excellent. It is very sturdy.

So far I have used it a few times so far to make some cakes and banana bread. I find that despite being greased with butter, everything still tends to stick on to it. Using parchment paper on the bottom makes it a lot easier to move. I found it a little hard to wash. I has stained a little from a banana bread that I made in it, leaving a brown ring that even soaking wouldn't remove.

Looking forward to trying a cheesecake in it next.

The pan is made very well and is solid. I only gave it 3 stars because of dark spots appearing along the crevice where the removable bottom lines up with the sides of the pan. After washing the pan I used it to make a cheesecake in my electric pressure cooker and when I took the cheesecake out of the pan, I noticed several dark spots in this crevice. Not sure what caused the spots. They did come off with a little scrubbing but wonder if it affects the food that I will be cooking in it.

Awesome for baking any sort of squares - Nanaimo bars, lemon squares, etc. Everything I've used it for comes out clean with only a small amount of baking spray needed.

I was very excited to receive this cake pan because my boyfriend's daughter loved to cook, our current cake pan usually stick to the bottom when she tried to take it out and we had to patch it up with icing to hide the part. We tried to use this pan to make a brownie today and it was so easy to take out the cake, it was perfectly round, the clamp that came with it was quite useful to take the pan out directly from the oven. Anyhow, this pan is more on the small side, good thing that with my two little girls plus my boyfriend's daughter, it was enough for them. The serving spoon is also quite useful to scoop out the cake, I never tried silicone mitten before and it was fun that such a little thing didn't pass any heat over to my hand. I

Purchased one pan at first. I made mini budth cakes for a Christmas lunch. Everyone thought they were fantastic and just the right size for a light dessert. My husband suggested I buy a second pan and did so. They freeze nicely and a recipe usually makes 24 mini budth’s. My grand daughters can’t wait to help me make another batch. Totally an excellent purchase.

Nice pan, cleans up easily. However, I bought this pan based on the dimensions listed in the description. The dimensions are not as described. The actual dimensions of each cavity are 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" (bottom), not 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" x 1 1/2". Maximum measured at top rim of cavity is 2 3/8" x 2 3/8".

Not happy with Wilton right now. We bought our first Wilton bunt pan like this at Bed Bath and Beyond a few years ago. To make things easier and make more cakes in on batch, we bought a second one on Amazon last month. After receiving the new plan we immediately noticed it was lighter and less sturdy than the original pan. Low and behold after cooking the cakes at the exact same time, duration and temperature as always (and cooked at the same time) the set of cakes in the new pan nearly burned. Obviously the cheaper quality pan, cutting corners and cost, produces a poorer quantity product. We thought the pans would be the same being they are both Wilton brand and same size mini bunt cakes. Either Wilton is offering two options or has decreased their quality completely.

Future use will

Love these cute little pans! They are perfect for making cheesecake in the instant Pot (or in the oven). I bought myself two sets when they were on sale + bought a third set for a friend who has a new Instant Pot. I gave out cheesecakes to my friends and family at Christmas time - these pans made the process very simple. They clean up really well in the dishwasher as well.My only advice would be: if you've lifted off the top portion and are trying to separate what you've made from the bottom circle, use a knife with a down and then up motion (like prying) as there is a bit of a lip around the bottom circle.

I had read how the Instant Pot makes wonderful cheesecakes so I needed to get a set of small enough spring form pans to give it a try, These were about the right price, but you only get 3 of them. Sort of a problem for a family of 4. They are made quite well. The rivets for the buckle are a bit large on the inside of the pan and that makes them a bit more difficult to clean but hot water and a green scotch bright pad and your good to go. The bases are a bit more narrow than the top of the pan so you can't stack them one on top of the other in the Instant Pot. I found that I needed to put tinfoil over them and then I could offset stack two on the bottom and rest

I have recently discovered the Instant Pot and wanted to try out the cheesecake recipe. These are a perfect size, and I can stack all three in my pot. These work just like the larger pans but allow you to make individual portions.

When using a thick liquid like cheesecake, there was no leaking, but I did notice when cleaning them that water leaks from them.

Good quality stainless steel bakeware at a reasonable price. I have other square pans (glass and silicone) and threw out the aluminum one so this was a perfect replacement. Like all stainless steel you have to clean it with non abrasive materials and it should last a lifetime.

For those who are unaware there is manufacturing residue on all stainless steel products. Before your first use, you should wipe the product inside and out with cooking oil to dissolve any residue and then wash it with hot soapy water. Just cleaning with dish soap and water may not remove the residue that apparently is non toxic, but may discolour your food.

I was pleasantly surprised at the weight and quality of the material, very smooth and heavy, no rough edges on the rolled rim.
When baking I buttered and floured the pan, old style, the cake plopped out easily, a fast swish in warm soapy water cleaned up. Same comment on the other Norpro stainless baking pans, loaf and 8 inch square, but this round one is the largest, and decently deep at 1.5 inches.. I can see it becoming the first grab for everything going into the oven, including roasting vegetables and meat for a small family.
I ordered 2 more, because I have 3 grandkids and don't want them to have a fight in my kitchen after I'm gone LOL>...

Though one stainless surface is the same as another stainless surface of the same kind of stainless steel, and it is. The surprise is in the nice thick stock the product is made from. So not only looks great with the shinny stainless steel surface, but it should last forever. Only slight con - the pan thickness if as advertised, but I would love it to be half an inch to 3/4 inch thicker.

I purchased these pans last year to bake my christmas cakes in starting from this year. Well this week i started baking and was so very happy with the results. I purchased the 4" deep pans, and found that the height of the pans played a major role in the desired successful end result in how I wanted the cakes to come out. Using 4" deep pans allowed me to be able to choose to bake cakes that would vary in height up to 4" - a choice i wanted to be able to have. In the past using less deep pans often resulted in the cakes rising to the top and bubbling over causing a smoky and messy oven. These pans allowed enough space for the cakes to rise without the mess. I must say also that the cakes were very evenly

This is one very big pan. My first thought was how much mix is needed to make a cake in it. Luckily the paper insert in the pan tells just how much batter is required for the size of pan you have. I bought it to use as a water bath for making cheesecake and at 15" x 3" it will work out perfectly for my 10.5" cheesecake pan. The level of service from Golda's kitchen was excellent. They told me it was coming and then when it was coming and the shipper Fed ex followed through too. I knew its every step. Very happy with purchase.

The geometric designs on this pan really intrigued me, although I was a bit nervous about the pan preparation because of all the details . I followed the directions very carefully and was very pleased when the cake released very easily and came out beautifully! I made the Orange Jubilee recipe (recipe on the packaging) and it was very delicious.

The pan is cast aluminum so it feels substantial and it cooks very evenly. I will never buy a pressed pan again.

I have bought (and discarded) many bundt pans before. This was my first Nordicware pan, and I will definitely add other deisgns to my kitchen.

I have gone through many bundt pans over the years. Every one has left me disappointed one way or another.
Either they won't release or they won't cook evenly. I had read about this pan but I did not believe the reviews....now I do.
I have never had a bundt pan release my cakes like this. It is instantaneous. I cursed out lout in shock when I turned over my first cake. It dropped with a hearty thunk.

My cakes are also evenly cooked (some recipes are done early) and some I have had to modify back to their original state because over the years I changed the recipes to accommodate my crappy pans. Also at 12-15 cups in size I will never have my cakes overflow again.
I grease it lightly (with my own mix of oil/lard/flour) and rest seven minutes before turning. I also recommend hand washing with something gentle just to

Love this pan, it is perfect for oversized muffins. Takes the same amount of batter as a batch of 12, if you grease and flour the pan, they slip right out. Bit of a pain to clean but no more so than regular muffin pans. The weight and thickness of the cast aluminum means wonderfully even cooking, no burnt edges and undercooked middles. My mom has similar ones made by this brand that she has used for decades and they still work great. These are lifetime bakeware you'll have forever.

This pan is incredibly durable and well built! It's a steel coated pan that's 9x9 inches, which, to me, is perfect for brownies. By far the most important feature of this product is the handles on the sides. It is so annoying to reach your hand to grab a hot pan in the oven and struggle to get a good grip. I've never had that issue with this pan.

Overall, for the price and the quality of the pan you'll receive, I would recommend this to anyone. Definitely a good buy that will last a long time!

Better than that secret baker(ha!), this Wilton pan is a heavy steel coated pan. These pans retain heat longer and you should reduce oven temp. by minimum 25*F or your recipes will burn- this applies to any recipe calling for 350*F or greater. Use a spaghetti stick to test for ready to remove. You will fall in love with the large handles with the embossed design for better grip when lifting. Be careful around these pans after baking as they will remain hot for longer. I bought two of these for our community because Walmart cant price competitively in housewares and Amazon rocks the house.

This is a great little muffin/cupcake pan. Just be warned, the recipe that comes with it will fill 7 of these pans, so either cut the recipe down to suit, or have additional muffin/cupcake pans ready to take the excess batter, I made a bundt cake with the rest. (The recipe, as written, make 7 cups of batter.)
I used Wilton Cake Release; and cocoa powder in place of flour to prepare the pan. The cakes came out fairly easily. I did notice a few small corners on a couple of cakes that were missing. The maple cakelette recipe is tasty, but is more of a coffee cake, or pancake flavour. I will try a sturdier/firmer muffin recipe for the next trial, as I would like to be able to see the detail a little better. I did NOT make the frosting recipe, as

This is a very good quality pan, I have noticed no issues with warping or damage after continued use. I purchased 3 of these for the purpose of using in layer cakes so as to have a uniform size. The only issue with that was that the straight sides prevent them from being stackable and they tend to take up a bit of space in the cupboard.

They conduct heat well and result in an even bake.

The pan is 10 x 2 inch as described. I use this to catch leaks for my 9 inch spring-form pan when making cheesecakes. My only complaint is the packaging. The pan comes with Wilton's brand name on a sheet of paper attached on top, which is pretty standard. However, unlike most other pans, the glue they used to attach it is hard to remove. The brand labels on all the other pans I've ever bought all peel off easily. The one on this pan however, would not come off clean, and I had to keep scraping with a knife to try and clean it. Even now there is residue leftover on the pan - bad if you want to bake a cake and bits of glue end up getting into your cake.

I just received this pan last week and I'm absolutely in love with it! I make cheesecakes every week for my customers and take a lot of pride in the products I sell. This pan gives my cheesecakes perfectly smooth sides, so no more mishaps with using a knife cutting around the edges! I always put my cheesecakes on cookie sheet before they go in the oven and allow them to cool off in the oven before I remove them, so there's no problem with the sides being soft. Some people have made comments about not being able to pick up the pan. Well, there's no need to! (Photo 1 with silicone pan, photos 2 with metal pan, 3 vegan "cheesecake". I've just started making no bake vegan "cheesecakes" and the results are excellent!

It's exactly what it says. I love it but was disappointed when the bottom turned out to be clear glass. I thought it was solid white. But who cares. When the cake is sitting on it who's going to see it. It is very easy to wash but be aware the ring is long and very floppy. I really like baking and roasting with silicone. Nothing sticks.

Really like this silicone Bundt pan. I made a Bundt cake with it and after the 10 minute post-bake cool, the cake easily came right out. The cake was baked properly (moist and good crumb). I made a recipe for a 6 cup cake in it (it's a 9 cup) and it still worked out well; just baked it about 5 minutes less than the recipe. This was a good buy.

I wasn't sure about replacing my existing glass loaf pans, but now that I've tried these silicone loaf pans out I am so pleased. I purchased 2, and simply placed them on a rigid pizza pan in the oven. The silicone is very sturdy, so sides do not give out or bend once filled with batter. The bottom has a very slight angled pattern that gives the loaf an appealing look. The shape is slightly different than my glass pans, more narrow, slightly longer and higher, giving the loaf a more square look. I'm ok with the shape, which actually might be better than my old glass pans. t
The only drawback with silicone is you can't cut in them like you could with glass. So meatloaf would have to be removed while hot, a tricky maneuver, but great for banana loaf, once cooled.

There are a lot of strange reviews here that had me confused before I bought this pan. First of all, it is made of aluminized steel. The Instapot is already made of heavy 18/8 steel and the pan sits inside, in water. The pan does not sit in an oven, but basically in a pressurized kettle. The material is simply lighter, not thinner, and has great corrosion resistance and heat conduction properties. The coating is a new PFOA free coating, not a cancer causing non-stick coating. Not as durable as some others perhaps, but it works just as well when oiled and floured correctly and most Instapot folks likely prefer the healthy coating selection. The price is only $15 and it works and fits perfectly in the Instapot ( see my picture of my bundt cake made on my first attempt). I had no sticking or flaking at all.

I got a red one. Yaaaay.

I have had my normal size one since the mid 70s and it is still going strong but I am now cooking for one.It is aluminium like this one. I have read some reviews were aluminium is not desirable but for me it works just fine. They are both identical down to the inner non-stick surface. I have never had a cake stick in my large pan and, if this one sticks, I will update my review. Note: I only grease my pan with margarine or coconut oil. I have never used butter.
