This book is very well written, simple to follow and practical for developing many different habits. I've been able to follow the suggestions in the book to help me build up several of my own habits for weeks now including going to the gym, reading (which has created a positive feedback loop), flossing and some other habits too. Would highly recommend for anyone trying to get habits to stick.
