Dock worked very well for a few months with my Latitude laptop and two 1080p screens. However after 6months:

- The plastic shield around the cable broke. I submitted a warranty claim over multiple hour+ phone calls. They agreed to replace it ... twice. But then I get silence and no cable shipment. It not worth calling support yet again.
- The dock has become unreliable. I connect it to the laptop and the screen is not detecting input. If I unplug the dock, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in .. then it works. Really disappointing.

I was in the process of looking into multiple new dell upgrades including an XPS13 and 38 inch monitor. But this is my last dell. The quality and aggravation is not worth the price.

Edit: This dock is terrible. It takes me 30 min every morning of plugging in and unplugging the laptop to get it to recognize my monitor. Unbelievable waste of time and energy. Stay away!

FYI (does not impact review)
This dock will only support 1 mediocre monitor with a Macbook. The Mac will only recognize 1 monitor you plug in due to lack of MST support. If you need to connect multiple monitors on a Mac get a dock that supports thunderbolt.
