Received the console, but there is a defect or dead pixel on the screen. I tried to do an exchange for the same item, but the Amazon representative stated that I could only return it and try to reorder the console. That won’t happen, because it is limited edition. Such a hassle and waste of time. Now I can’t play Animal Crossing tomorrow because of the inability to transfer saves.
