This book should be the newer version of "100 Nature Hot Spots in Ontario: The Best Parks, Conservation Areas and Wild Places"(2016). I traveled in Ontario with that book and found it quite useful. But some places need to be updated, such as the Hawk Cliff on Page 30 of the this book. The cliff is fenced since the continuous erosion. Near the cliff there are two trails open to the travelers. I don't think there were open view on the trails. There is a farm beside it that has an exit on the road, so if you park near the trail entrance, remember to leave enough space for the farm tractors passing by.
I definitely recommend this book, it showed me tons of nature hot spots in Ontario, and tons of cool facts! Being a nature lover myself this book came in handy. I actually have visited one of the places in this book and the book doesn’t lie, the facts overall were true! If you are a nature lover, photographer or just someone interested in visiting a new place, definitely get this book!
