Who is this book for : Everyone(Should even be mandatory)

Structure of the book :
I like the approach in this book. It is not a book where you will find statements such as : "This should be done this way". It targets the source of habit by giving us a look in the life of influential individuals and organizations using an impartial view. I appreciated a lot that the author was not giving his own opinion but instead a theory. He was allowing me to use what he has brought to my attention to form my own conclusions.

How to read it:
This is not a book you should read in 1 day. I would not recommend reading more than 1 chapter per week if you really want to harness all the information contained in this book. For someone with ADHD, I found this book was a must. Do not skip chapters. All chapters are connected to each other for form a whole and are meant to be read in a sequence.

Would I recommend this book :
Definitely. Someone who is looking to start a company will adore this book. Students who want to achieve academicals heights. Someone who does not like his job and is afraid of changing fields. Someone who wants to climb the corporate ladder. Someone who wants to stop making the same decisions.

Value/Cost :
This book is worth 50$ at the very least. I paid less than the 3D movie I saw yesterday and I dont even get to keep the 3d glasses.

3.0 out of 5 starsI think the principle is interesting and useful, but does not need a full book

this book can truly be summarized in a paragraph. I think the principle is interesting and useful, but does not need a full book, and most of the stories -although interesting- do not necessarily have anything to do with the habit loop: the application of the principle to 80% of the cases seems forced or contrite, as if the writer was looking for a place to insert a story he heard during an interview.

I will never think about grocery stores in the same way again! Who knew the vegetable section was put first so we would buy a whole bunch of healthy veggies and fruit, then later in the store get a "treat" because we already loaded up on healthy stuff!

Habits are a huge part of our life. I knew this going into the book, but I learned quite a bit! It is pretty crazy how many different things we do are a result of habits. In addition to all the data stores are gathering on us and our habits to better promote their products!

Overall, this book was valuable to read. It did become a bit repetitive with the many examples. I feel it could have been written a bit more concisely, but it is still worth reading because of the information it contains.

Well written. It helped me to understand how changing habits can change my vision of my world and the world we all live in and we can re-wire our brain to accommodate physical and mental changes that may affect us. I will encourage all those who are in stressful situations and are interested in change to read this book.

A fantastic and very informative read. It unfolds how habits are so important (which we all know anyway, but not to the extent this book gets into it) and how to reform them to positively change your life, society and the world!

5.0 out of 5 starsWhat are habits and How one can develop Keystone Habits

We are living in the most advanced time of our age. I read this book when I was trying to be more organized and planned in order to save my time and do which really matters. It's very difficult to improve ourselves without knowing how we operate and why we do the things what we do. why it seems hard to stop ourselves from bad habits, What are some steps that we can take to even improve 1 % every week.

This book provides a brief in-depth overview of the human brain, how it works and what Tiny actions we can take to make some productive changes.
Once I read this book, I started learning about myself and how I work and what I do, Then I made a log hour by hour for weeks and wrote down everything that I do in each hour of the day. Once I reviewed it after 3 weeks, I had some details in front of me to work upon.

I recomend this book to anyone who believes to take control of their life and eliminate their bad habits.

Excellent book. Great for learning how easily we are manipulated, and the power of advertising, lots of info for those wanting to make healthy changes... At least explaining why we are where we are today.. Love the book. Will eventually read it again.

I thought about giving this book 3 star, but I think it wouldn't be fair to the writer who took very long time to write this book. The reason is because I think Appendix was the best part of the whole book. The author latterly gives you step by step of how to change your habits. But you still need to read part 1, 2, & 3 to actually under these steps in the Appendix.

In my opinion, I think the best part of this book is the Appendix.
