My least favourite Dee Henderson book to date
November 27, 2015
My least favourite Dee Henderson book to date. There was not much tension or suspense to keep the readers attention. It was filled with way too many technical descriptions of running a sub, cross-sonar, pings and solar flares. I felt like I had to read some paragraphs twice to understand what was just said and even then didn't understand the complete details at times. I did like the characters of Mark, Gina, Josh and Daniel and kept reading as I wanted to know what was going to happen with them. Josh kept saying Mark was his pick for Gina over Daniel, but it was never explained why, I would have liked to know why he thought this. This book did help me understand a bit more of what Navy families go through when their family member is away on assignment for months at a time.
