A great cookbook with numerous recipes for the vegan, or basically anyone wishing to incorporate more plant based nutrition into their diets, such as myself. So far I have tried a few recipes, and none have disappointed me yet. Tasty and nutritious. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish they had included a photo with each recipe. Otherwise, no regrets with this one.
