Just wanted to say I was very pleased with the MasterCook customer service. I have had a problem with syncing my computer recipes with my online account. Pam Erickson, a very dedicated employee, helped rectify this problem and faithfully stayed with me over a period of a few weeks. With employees like Pam your MasterCook Customer Service is in good hands. Kudos to Pam for all her help.
