My favourite video for all-over body toning before a beach vacation

This is my go-to favourite for quickly strengthening and toning my body before summertime and beach vacations. I have done the 30-day cycle at least half a dozen times over the past few years. It really tones me up quickly! I think it would be challenging for an absolute beginner.... if you're on the fence about this video, you can watch the first two levels on youtube before you decide if it's right for you. Disclaimer: I use this to tone up and strengthen my body, not for weight loss.
30 days of the 30 Day Shred definitely tones my arms, lifts my butt and strengthens my core (abs and back muscles). I love that it gives me QUICK results. It's challenging, but it REALLY pays off. Three tips: 1: If you are bouncy up top, definitely wear a sports bra, 2: Use an exercise mat if you have one (your knees will thank you later), and 3: Start off with light weights (maybe 3 pounds) before moving up to 5 pounds, to prevent sore biceps.
