If you are a beginner, you might want to start with something more simple

I give it 3 stars because i wish there was something written that you should be already into fitness in order to be able to do the first level. I do 40 minutes of Turbo Jam plus a 30 minute step video every day no problem but trying this killer buns DVD one day I can barely walk today my legs hurt so bad (I didn't even complete the first level or fully do the lunges). There is feeling a burn which is good and then there is feeling you are tearing your muscles... My muscles simply weren't ready to do the exercises but I might have been able to do simpler ones and eventually get to this level. I did search amazon today and found she did have "beginner" dvd's so maybe trying something like that would be easier.
For those who have joint issues, some of the exercises were a bit hard on my ankles or wrists. Years of competitive gymnastics have made my wrists and ankles a bit weaker. There is lots of mat work and having to hold your weight on wrists and lunges etc. So far Turbo Jam is the easiest thing on my joints. This dvd is more mat work and single exercises than a continuous flow aerobic workout. If you've done a lot of yoga or weights, possibly this will be easier.
