If you have to be project manager soon and you do not know where to start, then start by buying this book. It is really helpful and makes the process really easier. It described what you have to do step by step so it is not difficult to follow. Really a good starting point for anyone that is going to be project manager.
Basically is marketing embedded in an article's worth of information for a few types of project management techniques. There's little to no value in this "guide" if you've already done a bit of reading online or watched some youtube videos on the subject.
Project Management for Beginners is an excellent guide for professionals and small business owners interested in managing projects, which can be a huge undertaking. This guide is simple and easy to follow and, if taken seriously, can help you to actually overcome the inevitable obstacles inherent when managing a project.
Following these steps will help you to plan, organize, motivate, and control the relevant factors around your project. The accompanying visuals (the pdf files found in your library after purchase) were also excellent and complemented the audio.
Though not a difficult listen, per se, it would be best to not listen to this while doing another activity as you need to look at the visuals, and it does require some amount of critical thinking to process the information. This guide was excellent and I would highly recommend it.
