Lee Holdens Qigong DVD on “Qigong for Healthy Joints” is a DVD that addresses, quite specifically, numerous exercises that help keep our joints healthy. Joints, as explained, are those places where bones meet with tendons and muscles. Lee works them until one feels refreshed, young, and open to what the world now has to offer. This set of exercises is like pressing a reset button.
What is so impressive is how Lee Holden explains what happens to us when we have stress, improper posture and repetitive movements, and how these deplete our bodies of vital life force energy or Qi. This particular DVD talks a lot about how to get moving qi that is stuck in our joints, and he teaches us how to get rid of the stagnation and how we can effectively move the qi, the energy in the body, to be free flowing. After following Lee in this DVD I feel free of a lot of pain and stiffness that I have from arthritis and over use of muscles from a wide variety of activities. I realize I just have to do this kind of thing more often to achieve long lasting results and so following Lee in these exercises is a very positive experience. I am going to make the time to study his exercises.
