No Response from DealBeat to exchange defective disc

I SENT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL TO DealBeat ON JANUARY 2, 2019; TO DATE (JAN. 19, 2019) STILL NO REPLY
Tried to watch the 3D BluRay disc of Ant-Man and the Wasp on Monday, December 31, 2018, and got to the 40'19" point in the movie when the screen froze in a corrupted image manner. My player tried to work through the disc error and flashed forwarded a couple of times, then stopped completely and returned to the main menu. Tried to use "Scene Selection" to go past the 40 minute mark, but just got a blank video screen. Tried again last night, January 1, 2019 to watch the movie again, but with the same result which only confirmed that the disc is corrupted and needs to be replaced.
How do I go about getting a replacement disc for the 3D BluRay of "Ant-Man and the Wasp"?
