I got this ring light back in February and it worked well for taking pictures. However it has stopped working. One day I come home and the light turned on by itself. That's when it stopped working. It the power button stopped working and sporadically turns on when left plugged into. Barely lasted 6 months before it broke down. When I tried to reach out to customer support, I got one email telling me to try a different plug, after my response, there was has been no reply for days. Very disappointed.
Update May 16, 2020 - Customer support replied to me and had automatically sent me a new light free of charge. New light works so far. Hoping it will last longer than the previous one. Upgraded it to 3 stars for no non-sense customer service.
