"immensely enjoyable"—ForeWord Clarion Reviews

"for children who enjoy lingering over pages full of magical creatures and whimsical details [...] told in simple and engaging words and imaginative pictures.”—Kirkus Reviews

"a fantastic book that has enchanted me"—Amazon Customer Review

"We are in love with this book! [...] As an artist, I love love LOVE the art in this book, I think its not only beautiful, but perfect for children. My son spent a lot of time just studying every colorful page. We read it twice in the first sitting because he was so happy! He's not yet 1, so getting him to sit still for story time is tough, and this book was such a hit he sat through it with nothing but a big smile and lots of pointing to the stuff he liked on the pages. I highly recommend this book :) Get it get it get it!""—Amazon Customer Review

"Written in a very simple way but with a profound message for both adults and kids."—Amazon Customer Review

"I LOVED it. Lots of repetition to help 'lil ones get used to structure and words! Many different words being used to help them improve their vocabulary (or pick the best word!). Most importantly, it sends a good message about how being unique and different is good. I STRONGLY suggest you check this book out!"—ESLCarissa.blogspot.com

"readers will emerge from this book feeling slightly more confident about themselves—whatever their size."—ForeWord Clarion Reviews

HASH(0xa2cd112c) out of 5 stars Not Small At All. Just Right Sept. 4 2014
By Sean Pilgrim - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This is a really cute and adorable children's book. The illustrations are attention-grabbing, quirky, bright, fun, and colorful. You can easily find yourself just looking at the pictures to discover all that they hold even after you read the page. I just love that this book is a bilingual edition, perfect for anybody who wants to learn Korean (young or old) and or to teach Korean and English. The Korean and the English are pretty simple, easy to read, and listen along to.

I'm a 19 year old college student, and I'm majoring in Korean. After reading this book a few times through, I understand how Korean adjectives work.

HASH(0xa2cd145c) out of 5 stars Disappointing. . . Oct. 20 2014

Book appears to have been translated by a program or a non-native speaker - there are translation and typographical errors. The story and the illustrations are lovely, but as a bilingual book, it falls short. My child is able to read both the English and Korean, and he finds the mistakes to be funny. I am not as amused.

HASH(0xa2cd1354) out of 5 stars Cute story and illustrations, bad kindle edition June 20 2016
By Crenshaw - Published on Amazon.com

Am I Small? is a book for little children and a good one. It shows that we are what we think we are plus what other people see us. It shows how other people's view is affected by their perspective, by the point on which they stand compare to us. Finally, we are many things at the same time, tiny beings if seen from space but giants if seen by a ladybug, everyone perspective is acceptable and has some truth to it. Great lessons to be learned by a child. It is the basis for tolerance, self-acceptance, and non-dogmatism.

The illustrations are lovely, bright and colourful and right to the point, with a hint of fanciness.

I don't know Korean, just started to read, so I cannot comment on the translation. For what other people say it is not good, so I am disappointed.

I bought the book on Kindle, and the digital edition is not good. It works like some Google app book not like a modern kindle illustrated or comic book. The book directly turns the phone/tablet into landscape settings, and although one can individuate text with one tap on the screen some of the writing is so small that one would need the page to be zoomable to move around and see things properly. The book needs to be adjusted to Kindle and/or Comixology properly. Otherwise, the book it is a bit useless in this format. I would recommend buying this on hard copy.

However, it is less than 1 buck, so let it stay in my kindle.
